Our cleaners deep clean all areas within the property- kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom and toilets. If you wish to target any specific areas and do a partial deep clean, please kindly let us know and our Customer Service team will revise the duration and the quote.
It is not necessary to be in the property. You can let the cleaner into the property (or instruct where to collect the keys) and arrive by the end of the session. You can alternatively advise the cleaner how to lock and where to leave the keys (if applicable).
No, as it depends on the size and condition of the property. The duration of the cleaning is approximate and based on a number of factors. Cleaners will try to do their best within the given timeframe. Deep cleaning times vary depending on the property and some jobs might take longer to complete.
Yes, oven cleaning is included into the deep clean. If you wish to exclude oven cleaning, then please kindly let our administration team know. If you have more than 1 oven in the property, please inform us as well.
Internal window cleaning is included in your deep cleaning service.
Yes, we provide professional cleaning materials for all deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning. We are able to provide cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket) for an extra charge. If you require eco-friendly cleaning solutions, please request this when arranging a booking with us.
The number of cleaners will depend on the availability and the size of the property. If you have a large property and prefer a shorter duration, our customer service team can check for the availability of 2 or more cleaners.
Our deep cleaning service is a more personalised service to fulfil your specific requirements (property needs a thorough cleaning, spring cleaning, before moving in, before/after selling, before baby arrives, etc.) Our end of tenancy cleaning is a top to bottom specialised service, which meets the standards set by estate agents and landlords and is carried when customer moves out of the property.
Yes, certainly. We are able to provide a professional carpet steam cleaning for an additional cost. If you wish to include a professional steam cleaning of your carpets, rugs or upholstery, please advise at the time of arranging a booking.
If you booked a carpet clean or a service that requires delivery of equipment we will need available parking near the property. Parking charges are extra cost in case you will not be able to provide a parking permit or free available parking near the property.
We don’t have any cancelation fees or penalties, things happen and we only charge clients for successful cleans.
